Tt Dragons falls to Taipei Assasins in ESL Go4LoL Asia Semi Final
Taipei, Taiwan – May 28, 2012 – The Tt Dragons League of Legends team suffered a setback of sorts early last week as they fell to a team widely considered to be one of the best in the world; their rival Taipei Assassins team hailing from Taiwan. After a score of 2-0, Taipei Assassins have moved on to the Go4LoL Asia final to face the winner of WE.GIGABYTE and e-mFire.
The score was not indicative of the overall match, however, as Tt Dragons put up a hard and well-fought match that rivaled their Taiwan opponents until ultimately a few mistakes spelled the end of their championship dreams. On the positive side, Tt Dragons were excited to play this match against their top rivals as it gave them a chance to improve their tactics and teamwork in the hopes that they can come back to defeat them in later tournaments.
Tt Dragons will play for 3rd place in the ESL Go4LoL Asia tournament against the loser of the WE.GIGABYTE vs. e-mFire match. This will prove to be another tough tournament game as both teams are respectively one of the best teams from their home countries (China & South Korea). Tt eSPORTS hopes that the Tt Dragons team can pull together to rally for a respectable 3rd place finish and enter more international tournaments with the experience they have gained in their first global setting.
